Carlene K Shine Bronzer FAQ’s

Is Shine Bronzer a Sunless Tanning Lotion or Body Makeup?
Shine Bronzer is not a Sunless Tanner, it does not stain. It gives instant color and Glow but washes off in the shower with soap and water.
Does Shine Bronzer rub off on clothing?
It was designed for dancers on stage, it is water resistant but not waterproof and contains heavy pigment. It dries down completely in about a minute or 2. Let it dry before putting on clothing. It may transfer on clothing if enough pressure is applied but it typically stays put. We recommend putting on clothing first and applying to skin that is visible.
Does Shine Bronzer streak on the skin or stain clothing?
Shine Bronzer is very moisturizing, blend it in like you would with a lotion and there will be no streaking. If it gets on clothing, it washes right out, no staining.
Can Shine Bronzer be used on the face or just the body?
Shine Bronzer can be used on both face and body. It is not oil-free but it looks incredible on the face, and dries instantly so it does not leave a greasy feel on the skin. It is best applied with a damp Beauty Blender sponge or synthetic brush to highlight points. For ultimate glow, mix a small drop with foundation.
Should I apply lotion first?
Shine Bronzer is extremely moisturizing. If a heavy lotion is applied first it may cause the color to streak because of the moisture already in the the bronzer. It is best applied directly to skin, but also works well when mixed with a light lotion, this dilutes the color a bit but gives a more natural look. The chances of Shine Bronzer rubbing off on clothing increases if lotion is added.
Does Shine Bronzer cover skin flaws?
Shine Bronzer has incredible coverage, and can be layered to hide minor skin imperfections such as bruises, stretch marks and improves the look of cellulite. Apply a layer, let it dry completely and apply another until desired coverage is achieved.
